• Clients are encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare provider before starting any new treatment or program.

• By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

• Fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal and health information will be handled in accordance with the Nataural Privacy Policy, Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial health privacy legislation.

• While I take steps to ensure secure communication, online services (including email and video consultations) may have risks. By using these services, you accept these risks.

• Nataural is not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond my control.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Nataural provides naturopathic and hygienist services on a professional basis, but outcomes may vary between individuals.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nataural is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of services or reliance on information provided.
