Appointments rescheduled within this period will not incur additional fees.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment fee.
2. Refunds

Completed services are non-refundable, as they include personalized care and professional time.

Exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing service delivery) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
