At Nataural, I strive to provide high-quality online naturopathic and hygienist services. Due to the nature of the services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the consultation or service has been delivered.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments rescheduled within this period will not incur additional fees.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment fee.

2. Refunds

  • Completed services are non-refundable, as they include personalized care and professional time.

  • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing service delivery) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Digital Products or Programs (if applicable)

  • For any digital resources, guides, or programs purchased, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered or accessed.
